1. How do I join the live coaching sessions?
- You will receive a Google Meet invitation via your calendar for each session. Simply click on the link in your calendar to join the live session.
- No worries! You can watch the tutorial on joining Google Meet sessions here(YouTube Tutorial Link about joining Cohort Live sessions and using Google Meet basics, such as mute, video on/off, background, lights etc) Tutorial
2. How do I pay for the cohort fees?
- We offer several convenient payment options:
- Weekly payments.
- 3-week installments with a 10% discount.
- Full cohort payment upfront with a 15% discount.
- Payment options are very easy as you can pay with your Apple Pay or Google Pay.
3. Is there a refund policy?
- We understand that learning a new language is a journey, and sometimes unexpected circumstances can arise. We’re confident in the effectiveness of our program, but we also want to ensure you feel comfortable and supported. Therefore, if you find within the first two weeks that the program isn’t meeting your needs, we offer a full refund. Just let us know, and we’ll take care of the rest.
4. Do I need to pay for course materials?
- No, all cohort materials are 100% Free. This includes the textbook, PDF files with audio, weekly test PDFs, and you’ll also have access to all website materials (flashcards, courses, and books).
5. Is the tutor experienced?
- Yes, the tutor, Abdirahman Abzi, has extensive experience teaching Somali to both Somali and non-Somali students.
- You can watch a testimonial from one of his students, Xiaomanyc, who is an American, linguist YouTuber. He successfully learned the Somali beginner and conversational in 8 weeks same as the cohort will go and then he amazed Somalis in Minnesota while he was speaking Somali with them.
